About the Team at Whitsunday Holidays
The team at Whitsunday Holidays has an in depth knowledge and a passion for the Whitsundays. This makes the Whitsunday Holidays team stand out from the crowd. We have all lived and worked in the stunning Whitsundays. We have viewed every single Hamilton Island property on the website. Many we have even spent a bit of extra time, sat on the balcony with a glass of wine and taken in the stunning Whitsunday water views. It has all been in the name of research! Our latest Hamilton Island research project was to spend 6 nights at the stunning Peninsula 4 and then the Longhouse. We were also treated to a luxury cruise to Whitehaven beach on board Ocean Free, Maritimo 60. It's a tough job, but it is all so we can give our valued customers our first hand knowledge of Hamilton Island and the Whitsundays....

Meet the team.....
Kristie Kaighin - Director
Kristie worked in the Melbourne corporate world in Project Management before seeing the light. A passion for travel and a change in lifestyle led her to focus on holidaying and then making the most of the information she gathered! She fell in love with the Whitsundays and decided to make the area her home. Thus the beginning of Whitsunday Holidays. Kristie and her husband Leigh founded Whitsunday Holidays in 2003. Their reputation quickly grew – that of ‘committed to first class customer service’ and offering a ‘unique luxury product’ in the Whitsundays and in particular, Hamilton Island.
Clare Williams – Reservation and Charter Consultant
Clare has worked in the tourism industry in the Whitsundays for the past 8 years, after completing her BA in Leisure and Tourism Management in Sydney. Having lived in the Whitsundays and on Hamilton Island for most of this time, she is very passionate and proud about the region and just loves selling holidays to this beautiful part of the world!
After doing a lot of travelling and sailing around the world, the Whitsundays is still her favourite holiday destination! Clare truly loves helping people plan their holiday whether it be on-land or by yacht. After living on both Hamilton Island and in Airlie Beach for such a long time, Clare knows the area inside out and would be more than happy to share this with you.
Stacey Martin – Reservation Consultant
Stacey is the newest member of the Whitsunday Holidays team, bringing with her extensive experience. Stacey has lived in the Whitsundays for 5 years and has previously worked for the Whitsundays Tourist Information Centre and Sunsail Yacht Charters. Stacey knows Hamilton Island particularly well, and will be more than happy to help with any questions you may have about the area.
