Poinciana 003

Good evening,

Thank you for inviting feedback on my stay at Hamilton Island at Poinciana 003.

The unit is a beautiful unit, and really nicely styled furniture both inside and outside. Unit was extremely clean on our arrival.

We were so warmly greeted from the airport by our driver of the buggy, who gave us an in depth run down on the buggy (which I was totally excited about) and also when we asked if we could have two keys he kindly left, sourced and returned with the second key.

The buggy was amazing and I was totally impressed with how easy it was to drive, park and charge. Totally a bonus when staying at Poinciana 003.

The unit is very well equipped with crockery and cutlery, towels and beach towels. I was super impressed with the owners thinking of everything that may be needed. The outdoor furniture was the best in the whole complex, we sneakily checked out other patio furniture when arriving and getting our bearings of the complex.

Fridge with ice/water dispenser is amazing, loved this.

Unit is fabulously large and spacious. Great location to the Marina, beach area, gymnasium, and other resort pools, with an amazing view of the water passage to other islands and it was great to watch the boats come and go and watch the storm/rain roll in in the afternoons.

We didn’t end up using the BBQ, but looked great and clean.

Would and have absolutely recommended this property to family and friends, its amazing.

The wildlife of wallabies and birds were also really nice in the evening and morning as they forage on the grass in front of the patio area.

The Pool in the complex was great, not many visited it so it was like we had our own private pool. The pool always had cover from the lovely trees and greenery surrounding the pool, it was great.

The driver that came to pick us up was lovely, friendly and on time, the whole stay and every interaction we had with staff, from all areas on the island was something truly amazing, they were so friendly, interactive, interested and really able to hold a conversation and looked like they loved their jobs. It was a real pleasure to meet so many happy, people working on the island.
