This apartment can now be available as a 1 or 2 bedroom. Book within 30 days of arrival during off peak periods and choose how many bedrooms you want and the reduced rate:
1 bedroom: $530pn for 3 nights, $400pn for 4 nights or more
2 bedroom: $665pn for 3 nights, $500 for 4 nights or more
For bookings or 5-6 nights, we will include a $100 Hamilton Island food and beverage voucher.
For bookings of 7 nights or more, we will include a $250 Hamilton Island food and beverage voucher.

Hi team, Just wanted to say thank you for a great holiday at Poinciana 012. Everything was just lovely as we celebrated our son’s wedding over the weekend. Had family in and out all the time and the unit was a great size. Our grand children were so very happy with the huge box of toys in our unit. That was a great hit. To property owner of Ponciana 12, Just wanted to say we had THE BEST holiday in Hamilton Island. The property is absolutely beautiful and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I had family stay in another property that cost a lot more and they were jealous of our accommodation. I had been saving up to take my children on a holiday (single Mum) and they had never been on a plane before. It was just magical. My 3 kids all agreed that we had the best place. Anyway, thank you so much for the love, care and detail put into this home. I am saving to come back already. Thanks, Renee

We had a very enjoyable stay in Poinciana #12! Some of our favourite things were - somebody collecting the garbage every day - one less job for mum on holidays - close proximity to the pool - short golf buggy ride into town - provision of the golf buggy for our use - my daughter would like to add (and I agree with her) that the apartment was very spacious and had room for all of our suitcases (noting however that we only travelled as a group of 4, and so could really spread out across 3 bedrooms) - I especially loved the master ensuite because there was so much space to lay out all my personal items and the small amount of jewellery I took too - we enjoyed watching the wallabies, curlews, currowongs, cockatoos, bats, butterflies etc - we also enjoyed entertaining our friends in the outdoor patio area with the BBQ - the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the Nespresso machine - property was very clean on arrival - I appreciated the tupperware containers for picnics
