The beauty of this luxury home is not just its central position and west-facing outlook, but how it functions. Modern, open living spaces flow to outside balconies overlooking the private pool and terrace. The middle level houses expansive living and dining areas with a large, light-filled gourmet kitchen and humidified wine fridge ready to toast the incredible island sunsets.
The lower level has its own feature entrance. The pool and terrace are perfect for relaxation and entertaining, as is the open plan second living area with sliding doors leading to the deck.
Bedrooms are positioned to provide private retreats, set to the side of the home or separated by modern workspaces. Rooms feature walk-in robes and ensuites with private balconies and floor-to-ceiling views.
The property is beautifully presented and styled. Its hillside position is wrapped in lush, tropical landscaping. You may see no reason to leave, but the home does come with its own electric buggies, ready to explore the island’s pools, activities, shopping outlets or exquisite restaurants, should you choose.
