Slip into the azure sea and swim ashore for a long walk along this famous beach – an unforgettable joy. Or grab a paddleboard and prepare to be amazed.

One of the beauties of charter sailing is the freedom of choice you have. Waking up to the peaceful nature of Whitehaven Beach long before the daytrippers arrive is indeed a luxury, so you may want to weigh anchor for the night.

A definite highlight of life onboard Jalun is the delightful fresh-produce catering. If you love seafood you can be sitting down to oysters, prawns, bugs, or salmon. The yacht’s cold press is put to work in the mornings serving amazing fresh juices. Wines are hand selected to match the evening meal and the cocktails are delicious!

Back to the unfolding days, Tongue Bay is a popular stopover for the Hill Inlet walk up to the lookout, a great opportunity to stretch your legs and the views! It’s not uncommon to see stingrays and turtles here. You might even pop over to Chalkies Beach to snorkel – an activity everyone can enjoy and The Whitsundays is famous for.

Part of the daily adventure is finding a protected bay to spend the night. If you’re lucky to sail into Cid Harbour you can enjoy the sparkling lights on the other side of the Bay as well as the stargazing. Mornings often begin with the option of kayaking to the beach, walking through the bush or just relaxing on the sand.

From a pizza oven, to yoga and gym equipment, to a water maker – hot showers for as long as you like. You can be active or just lounge around and read or sunbake.
