Our time on Hamilton Island was great, we enjoyed returning to the island after 15 years. Poinciana 10 was great in every way, it was fresh and modern and well equipped.

 It was AMAZING, I cannot recommend NISI enough, the boat was stunning and the staff were exceptional! Sasha and I have not stopped talking about it, the staff really went above and beyond and I don't think I have ever had better customer service before.  If I had to do my wedding again, I would have it on NISI again! So so happy with it, I feel as though I want to say more about how great they were. Please tell them a massive thank-you and that they are the best!

Great location, fantastic views, and a very nice and spacious apartment! We had such an amazing stay, and really didn't want to leave! We will be back again within 6-8 months!

Right down to the alfoil etc in the kitchen :) The location and view from your balcony is spectacular, but inside the apartment is just as pleasurable. Our two week stay at Hidden Cove 17 was a dream holiday, from the moment we were met on arrival by ferry, until we were driven to the airport . What a great location with superb, extensive views from both balconies, which are not overlooked from any other buildings. Great large pool with both Sun and shade. Extensive luxury furnishings, 3 air conditioners and 3 large TV's and fully equipped kitchen and laundry, with quality appliances, as well as some books and games, left nothing to be desired.

We had such an amazing stay! Such a beautiful spot to be with the most amazing view for an excellent price! We will definitely be back in the next couple of years and will definitely be looking at making a every 2 year trip if we can! We had a couple of small issues with the air cons but you guys we’re amazing to deal with and came and sorted the situations accordingly and within a timely manor. Would highly recommend this accommodation and service to all of our friends and family.

Hi there It was our 3rd time in the unit and booked again for next year. We love the unit and we tried to write in the guest book but had no pen. Our daughter got engaged on the beach there this time with us. We were part of a group of 25 this visit. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary, two 40th birthday parties and had honeymooners amongst us. Mostly family members. Very special memories. Thank you John and Annette

Good evening, Thank you for inviting feedback on my stay at Hamilton Island at Poinciana 003. The unit is a beautiful unit, and really nicely styled furniture both inside and outside. Unit was extremely clean on our arrival. We were so warmly greeted from the airport by our driver of the buggy, who gave us an in depth run down on the buggy (which I was totally excited about) and also when we asked if we could have two keys he kindly left, sourced and returned with the second key. The buggy was amazing and I was totally impressed with how easy it was to drive, park and charge. Totally a bonus when staying at Poinciana 003. The unit is very well equipped with crockery and cutlery, towels and beach towels. I was super impressed with the owners thinking of everything that may be needed. The outdoor furniture was the best in the whole complex, we sneakily checked out other patio furniture when arriving and getting our bearings of the complex. Fridge with ice/water dispenser is amazing, loved this. Unit is fabulously large and spacious. Great location to the Marina, beach area, gymnasium, and other resort pools, with an amazing view of the water passage to other islands and it was great to watch the boats come and go and watch the storm/rain roll in in the afternoons. We didn't end up using the BBQ, but looked great and clean. Would and have absolutely recommended this property to family and friends, its amazing. The wildlife of wallabies and birds were also really nice in the evening and morning as they forage on the grass in front of the patio area. The Pool in the complex was great, not many visited it so it was like we had our own private pool. The pool always had cover from the lovely trees and greenery surrounding the pool, it was great. The driver that came to pick us up was lovely, friendly and on time, the whole stay and every interaction we had with staff, from all areas on the island was something truly amazing, they were so friendly, interactive, interested and really able to hold a conversation and looked like they loved their jobs. It was a real pleasure to meet so many happy, people working on the island. Thank you for making our trip truly easy, enjoyable and with no issues. Please pass on my thank you to all that helped make this holiday happen and so enjoyable & to the owner who has an incredible unit that was an absolute pleasure staying at. How was our Holiday?  Because of your wonderful service,  absolutely incredible.  Jimmy and Vicki were incredible hosts and guides on our boat trip aboard Whitsunday Blue.   We can't praise them enough for their efforts to make our time extremely enjoyable.  Our time on Hamilton Island was blissful.   Oasis 18 was in a brilliant location, loved the accommodation and your staff who picked us up and dropped us off were so helpful, polite and all round nice people.  We have already recommended your services to quite a few of our friends and will continue to do so.

Hi Clare, Oh my gosh - we had the most amazing day! Thank you so very much!!! NISI was absolutely perfect for our group including all of the children. The boat was very spacious and we adored everything about it. The crew were so wonderful & the chef was outstanding. I think the food was by far the best we had on our entire holiday. It was the highlight of our trip and we didn't want the day on NISI to end. Would thoroughly recommend NISI to anyone. Appreciate all of your help in booking this all in for us.

Beautiful outlook and perfect position on the island in the southerly conditions. The sunset deck was our favourite space and we used the pool every afternoon.

What an amazing location. The apartment was beautiful very well presented and had heaps on things you didn't even know you need. Lots of lovely trinkets around so beware if you have young kids. The real stand out to me would be the communication, whatever day I emailed I received a response very quickly, great service. Loved my stay. Thank you. Robyn
