5 star experience with this property. The property managers were fantastic - great communication from beginning to end and the staff that looked after the property were great - going out of their way to pick up two couples from the airport at different times, organise our bags to be collected and taken back to the airport. The property itself was lovely - newly renovated and very clean inside and out. It had everything we needed for our stay and lovely views over the marina and water. A little further away from the main parts on the island but a short buggy ride away from all the action. We have previously stayed at the resorts in the island but after this experience will definitely be booking here again in the future. The added buggy was incredible value and saved us the stress of having to organise one during a very busy time on the island. Would 10/10 recommend again. Date of arrival - 12 May 2021

Villa Illalangi is one of those special homes that take your breath away the moment you step inside. The location is impeccable with sensational sweeping views – the best on the island. The home has been thoughtfully designed and has all the modern conveniences, making it the perfect base to explore from. House Manager Hans was welcoming and warm, and full of great tips and recommendations; he ensured we were always comfortable and cared for. It really couldn’t have been any better! There were six of us on a reunion holiday and everyone agreed the accommodation was perfect. Ideal location with incredible views, plenty of space our own private pool plus a shared lap pool available. We loved using the two buggies provided. The airport pick up/ drop off service included couldn’t be faulted as was the assistance of the property manager. It was a unanimous decision to rebook next year!! This house catered for all our needs, as a group of 6 adults. Suppling clean, comfortable beds, bathrooms and cooking facilities, while also being in walking distance to Main Street Hamilton Island. Date of arrival - 17 May 2021

We had a truly wonderful time as always when we go to Hamilton island. We found Shorelines 12 to be extremely well equipped, decoration was fabulous and it was very clean. Our friend who traveled with us is keen to book a trip staying at Shorelines 12 early next year. We would definitely rebook. Thanks again for ease of booking Kindest regards Nicola

We had a beautiful stay at Lagoon 104. We could not fault it. It was so well equipped with everything we could possibly need.

We had a perfect Hamilton Island getaway at Villa Illalangi. The spectacular home is perched on the hill above the hustle of the resorts, but still so perfectly located to explore and get around. Everything you could possibly need is readily available. The panoramic views across the ocean are breathtaking; we enjoyed many nights watching the sunset over a BBQ in the Gazebo. Illalangi is the perfect home-away-from-home to experience the magic of the Hamilton Island. – Joel, May 2021

We would love you to pass on positive feedback to the owners. We were 100% happy with this apartment. So nice to stay in an apartment that had a kitchen full of platters, cutlery, glasses etc.. Not to mention the range of games and dvds (which was great as we spent two days inside due to bad weather) So often the bare minimum is only supplied. It was clean and very functional. I will highly recommend this apartment to other people.

Great place and to be honest there was no negative issues with this place. Very well fitted out with every kitchen utensil/cooking items available...including plastics for storage and even shot glasses. We could not fault anything. Departed 17-April-2021, Lagoon 104

Hibiscus 207 is a beautiful space, nice, light and airy with cozy couches and a great kitchen. The balcony is a pleasant place to eat dinner. The location is great, close enough to all the pools and Catseye beach fun. We had a great time there and highly recommend the place. We came directly from another apartment in same complex to yours, and yours was a breath of fresh air. The renovation really is beautiful and we are so happy we got to enjoy your space. The service was prompt, honest and warm. 10/10. Accommodation: Panorama 2 What can l say, Panorama 2 was a home away from home. All home use utensils were available. The house is fantastic. Congratulations for owning such a lovely property! The set up is amazing with sunken lounge and bedrooms downstairs. The View was breathtaking and awesome. The Golf Buggy was amazing and available for getting out and about. It was for me a Home Coming not a Holiday Rental. I was actually sad to leave. I had great sleeps from the first night, that way l knew l was in a perfect place and a peaceful home. I loved and Enjoyed everyday of my stay. Am l coming back? Oh yes for sure, l found another Home for me. Thank you for creating such an amazing ambience and for sharing your beautiful home with me as such to be part of the Panorama 2 family. This was a holiday we were supposed to have last Easter but COVID put that on hold. Thankfully we were able to move it out to a year to this Easter. It was worth the wait! We have had 8 wonderful days in paradise. The house was everything a home away from home offers with spectacular views and sunsets to make it so special. Hi Clare Thanks for your email we just were blown away with the Glasshouse and its new look, so beautiful just amazing. We did not want to even go out as it had everything and was not just accommodation but felt like a home that is loved and so amazing. The heated pool and spa absolutely won me over. James (Property Manager) was always there if we needed him. Everything perfect. We would like to book for next year just need to get the dates that suit everyone. We have been going to Vomo Island getting a house there but have voted the Glasshouse our new holiday home if it is available. Regards Rob
