Just want to relay some feedback, wonderful stay at Shorelines 13 as expected because we stayed here previously! The young lad who transported us to and from the airport, i just want to say its rare nowadays to meet such a nice person, he was friendly and polite and welcomed us and our first time guests to Hamo with a professional manner! Please let him know that i understand its not always easy to keep interested when repeating the service daily, however we were on holiday and our experience with his greeting made for the greatest start.

Great location at the very far end of the accommodation. So neighbors only on one side. Perfect view. Pool directly outside was not noisy. 2 minutes to the beach. New golf cart was the envy of the island. Thanks for a great location we had a great stay wished it was longer. Glenno

Hello, We had a wonderful time at this apartments beautiful location. Everything was perfect. Right from a friendly pickup and welcome, a bottle of sparkling in the fridge, stunning view from the balcony, lovely clean and comfortable apartment... we couldn’t ask for anything more. We also loved that you as a person and not a “site” touched base with us to make sure everything was ok, helped us promptly with our Buggy issue and organising our drop off to the airport... very personable!!! Thank you Apartment no 208 and Whitsunday Holidays you made our stay very special and memorable, I would absolutely highly recommend yourselves and this apartment:) Kindest regards Karen

Loved the unit, it was in the perfect location. Close to all shops and restaurants, but far enough away that it was really peaceful and quiet. Great place to watch the sunset. Could not fault anything about the apartment it was easily 5 stars! We would both have been happy to live there! King bed was such a luxury, and really comfortable! Kitchen was really well equipped, and I was delightfully surprised to find a real tea pot and coffee plunger! My partner loved the ice machine! We both loved the design of the unit, the way it was decorated and the ease of use of the washing machine and dryer. Every thing in the unit was really fresh and clean! We loved waking up to the view, and eating on the deck which had a view to die for! It was so beautiful. My partner loved how you could watch T.V while having a spa, and I loved looking at the view while having a spa! This unit was easily the best part of the holiday which was especially good as the weather was not great :( Jenny

Yes indeed we had a brilliant time. Last year we stayed in an apartment on the other side of the Harbour and had a great time. But this year it was even better. The property had literally everything we needed and was very comfortable with stunning views. And of course the buggy made it easy to get around, shop etc. We would stay there in a heartbeat again and next time we vacation on the island we will definitely try and book this lovely accommodation. We stayed at Unit 17 Hidden Cove and had a fantastic time. The unit was amazing, beautifully furnished, very comfortable and extremely private. We had everything you needed. Carolyn, who greeted us was also terrific and explained everything to us. I could really not find fault with anything. Thank you also for the complimentary champagne, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. We would love to return.

This is a great location offering a world class view. Modern apartment with all the amenities needed. Great service and really good apartment with views hard to beat. Steven

Hi there. We had the most amazing time on Hamilton Island. We took our two sons there about 16 years ago and this year decided to take them, and their girlfriends back. They had a ball, and there is so much to do on Hammo. I lashed out and paid their accommodation at Sunset Point-boy we were not disappointed. The property had everything we could have possibly needed-especially in the kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms/laundry. And then relaxing outside with the pool, tennis court and so much furniture to chill out on. A huge bonus because there was 6 of us, was having two buggies to tour around the Island. I have some beautiful photos and am in the process of putting together a photo book of our memories. Sunset Point was an amazing property and we do hope to return one day soon We were all very sad that we had to leave and ‘return to reality’.

“We really loved this apartment, The beach shack. We felt at home and on holiday here. The view is so spectacular that our camera could not capture. You can hear the ocean and I fell asleep to that sound each night. Morning coffee outside on the balcony with relaxed eyes gazing at the ocean and the close enough neighbouring island. Fantastic kitchen and some cooking had been done. The apartment is very close to the beach and we could easily walk down for a swim. A buggy was provided and we would use it to get to the Marina, restaurants and IGA for food shopping. The beach shack sure suited us and this Hamilton Island Paradise. Ps. Dent Island and the Golf club restaurant is a must booking essential. Thankyou owners of the beach shack and Whitsunday Team for everything.”

Fabulous apartment at ground floor level right at the end of the Frangipani block of apartments. This afforded us some extra privacy and a feeling of being closer to the bush, with the start of the walk trails only 100m away. Very peaceful and therefore wonderful nights sleep. Enjoyed using the buggy too which apart from being great fun gave us flexibility to get round the island. Really enjoyed our stay in your wonderful apartment, Thanks. Neil

Hi there, Please pass on our thanks to the owner. We have had about 5 trips to Hamilton and stayed in different apartments. This one was by far our favourite, in terms of location, ground floor and fit out. Kitchen was fitted out really well with plenty of everything and the extra touches like oil, salt, pepper, washing powder were very much appreciated. BBq worked well. Thanks again Cindy

Hi, Thanks for the opportunity to provide some feedback after our recent stay at Whitsunday Views 3. Overall we found the villa provided a great opportunity to enjoy ourselves on Hamilton Island. The presentation of the unit was excellent. Location and views were outstanding. Beers and BBQ on the verandah have never tasted so good!! The golf cart was a wonderful benefit making it easy to get around the island. Our stay on Hamilton Island was memorable. We would like to thank the staff, they were helpful and polite making our transition from airport to villa and villa to ferry easy. The explanation of the villa and services on the island was comprehensive. Great villa, great holiday destination!!!! Bernhard

This property suited all our needs. Appliances all worked well, location central to everything. Modern, clean and stocked with a few basic but essential items.

Dear Whitsunday team, Yes, we all had a lovely time on Hamilton Island. The accommodation was just right, perfectly located near shuttle bus. It was clean and well cared for. I also appreciated the communication between myself and your team. My only regret was the cancellation of our flight, due to fog and losing one day on your beautiful island. Kind Regards, Judy
