Had one weeks stay here. The property is nicely decorated, spacious, modern and clean. Well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. We had two families so extra space was nice. Being ground floor the kids could play on grassed area safely. Great location. In between marina and Catseye Beach so you can walk everywhere in 5 mins, or drive buggy. Pool in this complex is good for small children but we preferred main pools down near beach and hotel. We would stay here again.

Our stay at Shore Lines 12 was perfect we loved the stunning views and everything about the apartment. The Valet who greeted us at the airport and showed us to the apartment was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely book there again and have recommended Shore lines to our friends and family. Hi, We had a great time at Lagoon 101. It was our third trip to Hamilton Island and our third stay at Lagoon 101. We also had plenty of sun this trip which made it even more enjoyable. Rosemary.

Hi Erin. The island is fantastic (minus a few leaves) and we are really enjoying our time in Hibiscus 108. It’s a great unit and we will definitely be back in this unit if its available. The Hibiscus pool is crystal clear and a lot warmer than previous years probably due to the lack of shade cloth structure that use to cover most of the pool. Hope they took it down before Debbie hit? All the restaurants we normally venture to are open except for the amazing Romano’s but rotating between Manta Ray, Sails and Pool Terrace is a great way to spend a few weeks. Just thought we would let you know we are having an amazing holiday. Regards Wayne

Enjoyed our stay on the Island. Everyone associated with this company were very helpful to insure our stay was perfect.

My wife, daughter, son-in-law, grandson and I arrived on a flight 1-hour late but the valet service was there waiting for us at the airport with a large enough van to hold all of us and luggage. One reason we chose Frangipani 8 was that it was ground floor, both at the front door and rear patio. They provided high chair, crib and car seat for our 1-year old. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. (However, there were no paper towels and only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.) It was very clean except there was a scent of ant spray. (We had to keep all food in the fridge otherwise ants would gather. Same with patio. Don't leave dropped food on the patio.) The weather was hot and humid but the air conditioner worked very well. (Too well; my kids wanted it colder than I did, and it stayed almost cold inside.) The location was great, literally the last condo on the Catseye Beach side. View was great. You cannot walk straight across the road to the beach. But, it is still a short walk. You do have to walk further (or drive the included golf cart) down to the resort where the lounge chairs are. This condo is right next to a shaded pool, but far enough way that noise was never a problem. We also could not hear any noise from the unit next to us or above us. You could drive the golf cart to almost everywhere on the island in almost 5 minutes. It had a full size fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher. The living area and master bedroom had large glass doors out to the patio. The 2nd bedroom was plain but was fine for us. The 2nd bathroom was fine but did not have a vent for the air conditioner. There were kangaroos (or maybe wallabies, I don't know the difference) and cockatoos outside the patio every day. I would consider staying here again if we return. They answered my several emails of questions before and while we were there.

The property was stunning, looked just like it did in the photos. Amazing views from the bedroom balcony. Great location, within walking distance to the shops and bars. Very convenient having the 2 golf buggies to explore the island on. Cant wait to make a return trip!

Thank you - we had a wonderful time! We thought the apartment was fantastic, we had everything we needed and it was clean and in a good condition. The added bonus of the wildlife was excellent too, especially for my English relative - she enjoyed watching the wallabies every night. Thanks for a great holiday- we'd be happy to stay there again.

Morning, Our group loved this property! The house itself is beautiful and was more then spacious enough for our group of 8 adults + children. The house was very well equipped and was lovely & clean. The location was great - not too far away from One Tree Hill or the main resort. We cannot wait to book again for next year!! Kind regards Carmen

This was our first visit to Hamilton Island and I am sure it won't be our last. We took advantage of the early morning $150 Virgin Australia direct flight from Melbourne to Hamilton Island and we were swimming by lunchtime. We stayed 10 days which allowed us to totally unwind. Yet there was as much or as little as you wanted to do. A day trip to the outer reef, catamaraning at Catseye Beach, Go Carting and beaching it, and suddenly our holiday was over. Shorelines 20 is great family accomodation. It is spacious, well appointed, clean and easy to get to. From the moment we landed at Hamilton Island, our valet was there with our unit's golf buggy that we had full use of during the stay. This allowed us to see all parts of the island at our own leisure. The views from Shorelines 20 are stunning morning or night. Access to the Shorelines pool is 20 steps from the unit. Access to the Edge pool is a short 30 metre walk down the hill. The Shorelines complex is so beautifully kept in such a quiet, family friendly environment both during the day and at night. It is so peaceful and people respect each other's space and privacy. The Shorelines 20 unit is a corner unit and the unit and balconies are bathed in so much natural light. Also Shorelines 20 is close to the bottom of the hill and the driveway which means that golf buggies from the complex are not whizzing past your door all the time. These are some of the advantages of Shorelines 20 over the other units in the complex. The great thing about Shorelines 20 is that although you are not staying at the main resort, you are able to use all the facilities and restaurants. As such you are away from all the Hamilton Island "hustle and bustle" , but can choose to use the resort facilities when you want to. It is the best of both worlds! I understand that a full scale supermarket will open on the island mid-2017. This will be even better for families like ours who then won't have to rely on ordering groceries from the mainland. We will be back for another holiday at Shorelines 20 in the near future.

Such a relaxing place! We could not have had a better holiday, we absolutely adore Hamilton island. We feel so fortunate to be able to stay in the Oasis 6, its an beautiful apartment and has a convenient location (marine side). The the use of the golf buggy was fantastic and the shuttle bus stop is only a short walk away. It was great being pick up by the friendly valet service, who was very informative, giving us tips on things we could see and do. We didn't have a worry in the world. Our only complaint is that we had to go home :(

“We had an absolutely amazing four nights at Panorama 16. The house is unlike anything I've ever stayed in. Location was perfect, view from the apartment was breathtaking & the apartment itself was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen & we used the BBQ. The red buggy (Panorama 16) was also a brilliant way of getting around the island. We would highly recommend this place & we will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thanks for being a great host & sharing this beautiful apartment!”
