Hi Ladies, I just wanted to let you know that we had a lovely time last week staying at Hamilton Island even though the weather was not great. We still managed to get 2 days by the pool soaking up the sun and visited many of the restaurants at the Marina. The highlight for us was the lunch we had at the Golf Club on Dent Island. I also wanted to thank you all for being so professional and kind in all our dealings with your office. Also big thanks for allowing our later check out which would have been a nightmare in all the rain as well as arranging a role placement buggy for our flat-tyre/punctured one. This villa was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to celebrate Xmas! With plenty of space to spread out and amazing views across the ocean, yet still only a 2 minute buggy ride to the main street full of restaurants and bars. We were also able to access and use the 2 resort pools on the island as well as enjoy the stunning beaches. Lots of activities to choose from .... or just sit back with a cocktail and relax - the choice is yours! Linda Richardson

Fantastic views from all aspects of the property, two buggies meant we had easy access to the island. The property had everything you could possibly need and more, we became addicted to the coffee machine. The pool table was great entertainment, however unfortunately it was too hot to play tennis in December, the water in the pool was also quite warm, so maybe another time of year would be better. All in all, loved the property and will definitely be back. Warner family December 2016

Hi Guys Just letting you know we had a fabulous time on the island and in the beautiful house. The house was very accommodating to all our needs and we did not want to leave. We had an amazing time with family and friends all able to gather for breakfast and dinner with so much space we were not tripping over ourselves. The photos on the website have captured the relaxed atmosphere perfectly and the view from the balcony was enjoyed and admired constantly! Drinks poolside or rather in the pool each afternoon were splendid again accommodating lots of people without feeling cramped. The BBQ area was well utilised and made cooking a breeze. The BBQ itself was highly praised and was a great ad for Beef Eater. Andrea McCarthy

We stayed at "The Cowries" mid December 2016 with 8 adults, 2 teenagers and a child. The house was perfect for us to enjoy a family holiday with more than enough room for everyone to relax. The bedrooms are good sized and also the living and dining room areas accommodated all of us without feeling cramped and in each others space. All you needed was to buy your food and all the utensils and cooking items/appliances were all there including beach towels. It was also great to have 2 laundries to wash clothes. The views from the large balconies are mesmerising overlooking the marina and across the ocean. There are 2 four seat buggies also included which was fantastic for travelling around the island. The pool was also great to cool down and relax after day trips. For our relatives from Europe this was the highlight of their visit to Australia not to mention that it was fantastic for my family as well and one holiday we will be talking about for a long time. Thanks to Bronwyn and Percy for making us feel welcome and to share their home.

Thanks for the stay, we loved the property and it was perfect to have the little pool so we didn't have to spend the whole time with the kids down at the main pool. Of the many properties we have stayed as an overall rating it was the best. Cheers, Scott

Georgie Ansell Great apartment with a stunning location looking over the beach. Central to both harbour and the beach which was perfect. Kitchen full stocked with utensils, both bathroom and beach towels supplied. Met at the airport by Jake who was very attentive. Great apartment to stay in though as very central to all!

The edge 11 has everything you need for a relaxing holiday with stunning views across the bay. Master bedroom downstairs with 2 further bedroom upstairs on the first floor. Modern in design with open plan kitchen dining room with large sliding doors to balcony with another dining table outside. Could not fault this in any way.

It was divine. We loved it and Pete was an amazing host - a gentleman v considerate and good company

It was great – views beautiful , nice and quiet , great beds We all slept so well ! Buggy heaps of fun Loved that they had some laundry powder and kitchen cleaning products was far better stocked then our friends staying in another type of accommodation. Karen

Hi All, We had a great time thank you, it was not my first visit to the Island but it was for three of the five of us, so really lovely to visit again it was just not long enough. The house was beautiful we made plenty of use of the pool, it was great to have a kitchen that was well stocked with plates, cutlery, pans, chopping boards, tongs and knives. We are already talking about a reunion and that will be for a week. Thank you Julie

Stayed with daughter and her 2 children ages 5 & 8, the apartment was perfect, very clean, had everything you need. Villa Care the company who greet you at the Airport was 10 / 10 great people, nothing too much for them. 208 has lovely view of Cateseye beach, short walk to beach and 3 pools, lovely large deck with furniture to both eat and relax. A portable spare bed that we were able to make up therefore we each had our own bed, BONUS.

Hey guys, Can't thank you enough for our lovely stay at The Retreat this last 3 days. We knew the house would be luxurious but it was more than we ever imagined. When we first walked in the house we couldn't speak, the view was simply breathtaking, the infinity pool was a wow factor. The entire house was immaculate & the beers in the fridge when we arrived was a really nice touch especially after travelling & not having been to the shop yet. We will definitely be booking this place again, we would like to bring the whole family back this time. I'm sure we will be booking in the next few days. Thanks again, can't wait to get home & chat to the family to re-book. Melinda
