Hi there, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 13 Shorelines and are definitely looking at booking the same apartment for next year. The owners have furnished the apartment very tastefully and we found there to be everything that we needed to make our stay as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible! The kitchen was well equipped and very clean and had everything you would need if you were staying for a longer trip! Clean bathrooms with everything you need! Spa bath with an amazing view! Bed was extremely comfortable! Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and the only thing we found wrong was that we actually had to leave! :( Thanks so much again for a great time! Natalie and Stephen

Hello, Thank you for a fantastic holiday. We had an amazing time and were really impressed with the property. It felt so nice to have such a spacious place to stay, and for each couple to have our own little area within the property. The house was absolutely spotless and we were so impressed with all of the inclusions. We had everything that we needed which made it really feel like a home away from home. The transportation between the airport and accommodation was seamless and the gents were very helpful and polite. All in all the property was above and beyond our expectations and we will be back! Hi, We really enjoyed our holiday on Hamilton Island and the The Quarterdeck (Peninsula 3) was great for our family (8 adults, 4 children). The property was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the plunge pool and the daily visit from the birds. Immaculate services were very polite and helpful, airport pickup and drop off was on time and they attended very promptly to a flat tyre on one of the buggies. With regard to the apartment itself, the location was perfect, the view was as advertised - stunning, and the use of the buggy made getting around a breeze . We did have a wonderful time at Cooinda Gardens 5. We were impressed with all the extra things provided like umbrellas, and the kitchen supplies (like glad wrap) and condiments in the cupboard etc. The house was beautiful and very spacious, probably more so than the photos suggested. Happily pass on to owners our congratulations on provision of such a well appointed unit. We have never stayed in a unit that was so well equipped with all the little things that make such a venue a joy to stay in – from the up-to-date and well-maintained electric appliances, to provision of platters, plastic containers (for those inevitable leftovers) and even freezer bricks in the fridge. And, as our extended family were in two other units in the same block, much appreciated was the fact that there was no shortage of extra mugs, glasses and cutlery, which is usually minimal. I would not hesitate to recommend Hamilton Island as a destination to anyone looking for a holiday where one can be as busy or relaxed as you choose. Hi, everything was great about our time at Oasis 23 and we were really happy with how it was furnished, excellent quality beach towels, very well stocked kitchen, amazing views (must be almost best on the island), and appreciative of availability of use of beach toys and board games for the kids and umbrellas! Would definitely choose to stay again. Also a big thumbs up to Patrick from Valet services - very friendly, punctual and helpful. regards Andrew

Thank you! We had a wonderful time and couldn't have asked for anything more. We especially loved the mattress in the main bedroom so much that we stripped the bed to get its brand to look into buying one ourselves. I travel a lot for work and sleep in many good hotel beds, but that has to be THE best bed I have ever slept in. Perfect accommodation, best we have stayed in yet. Many thanks! Kim

Modern, Clean and Amazing! We had a 10 day holiday with our 3 children and a large group of friend staying in neighbouring apartments. Lagoon 007 was a stand out. New kitchen and recently renovated, we were absolutely stoked when we walked through the door. A stones throw from Catseye and a wonderful outlook. Absolutely loved it and we will definitely be back! Hi Clare, I just wanted to send you a big thank you for all of your help booking our family vacation. After minus 20 degree temperatures for the last two months in New York it was lovely to arrive in the sunny Whitsundays and even more exciting to arrive at Iluka. Wow what an amazing home! It had everything we needed for our group. The Children loved the pool, the trampoline and the tree house. The adults loved the pool, the lovely decks, eating outside for every meal and a really really well equipped kitchen. They even have great knives! The beds were comfortable, everything was such great quality, it really exceeded our expectations. We just thought everything was perfect and Hamilton Island and the lovely Iluka was the favorite part of our month long stay in Australia. Loved our time at Shorelines 13 last week. Thank you so much for all of your assistance with the booking and to 'steve' the wonderful valet who met us at the airport. The apartment was fantastic and we very much appreciate the owners allowing us to spend a week in their beautiful abode. A perfect location on the western side of the island and also one of the more private apartments in the Shorelines complex for a couple who enjoy peace and quiet. The buggy was a wonderful inclusion and was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday.....being able to jump in at a moments notice and drive down to the marina.....or catseye beach ........or one tree hill.... Or maybe an ice cream....... If we weren't down at the infinity pool then you could usually find us out on the balcony languishing the amazing view. Hamilton Island was such a wonderful place to visit. We can't wait to one day go back and hope we will be able to enjoy shorelines 13 again. Kind Regards, Claire and Paul Teichert

Hi Whitsunday team, Firstly I just wanted to say we had a wonderful holiday at Shorelines 13 (our second stay here). I would also like to mention the fantastic service we received from Steve our valet service on returning to the Hamilton Island airport yesterday. Since our flight was at 2pm we thought we'd be spending the day at the airport but Steve offered to drop us off to spend the last few hours at the main pool or anywhere else of our choice. We were so happy and very appreciative of this offer. It certainly made our last hours so much more enjoyable than we were expecting. He was very friendly and professional too. Hi, Would like to thank you for a wonderful holiday destination, we all can't wait to come back and discover other properties and create other memories. We were very impressed with the valet service and how friendly and accommodating the staff were. We really appreciated the later check out too. We loved seeing the Reef and Whitehaven Beach. We all loved the Wildlife Centre and got value for money when purchasing a family pass and visiting it as much as we could. The kids loved having breakfast with the koalas and the Buffet Breakfast. Thank you so much for your help with our stay at the Infinity house. Our family had a great time at the property and we loved that it was secluded, spacious, luxurious with ample crockery and cutlery and the name sake of the house, the pool, was a great source of relaxation and entertainment. The valet service on both ends was efficient, professional and friendly.
