Hi Team, We had a fantastic stay at Infinity. The pool was fabulous, and the cleaners were there as soon as the cyclone passed cleaning up leaves etc. The house is amazing, the views superb. The girls who picked us up (on a very wet morning!) and took us back to the airport were extremely friendly and helpful.(we left fishing rods at the house and they went back and got them for us) We will be back! Our holiday on Hamilton Island was perfect! The staff at Whitsunday holidays were instrumental in helping us choose perfect accommodation for our holiday. The apartment was spacious and very convenient. It allowed us to incorporate the grandparents into our holiday with ease. The kids were excited by our very own golf buggy. Your help with planning and suggestions was very much appreciated.... I was delighted when my Coles order arrived on time and without a hitch. Also, I can't thank you enough for allowing us to stay on in our accommodation when cyclone Ita descended. With just a phone call you were quick to relieve all stress. Transfers to and from the airport was a great service also. We will be sure to contact you again when next visiting Hamilton Island. Cheers Jo Cain

We had an amazing stay on Hamilton Island in Hibiscus 108, and only wish it could have been longer. The use of the golf cart was invaluable and such a unique idea. We loved it. The apartment is perfectly placed for Catseye Beach and all the pools. The kids had a ball and particularly loved the Bourgainvilla pool. If we were ever fortunate enough to visit Hamilton Island again, then we would definitely want to stay at Hibiscus 108 again. Thanks for a great stay, Kate Monk

Yes, we certainly did enjoy our visit to Hamilton Island and more so because of the choice made to stay at 'The Beach Shack'. The photos were tempting before I made the booking and I can say that the promise of excellence was definitely delivered when we arrived. I was impressed with the facilities found in the kitchen, the comfortable surrounds in each room of the apartment and even more so with the welcome gift of bubbly waiting for us in the fridge... such detail does not go unnoticed and deserves a big Thank You. Please pass on our compliments to the owners and a big thank you to Alyssa for her delightful meet and greet service, it sets the mood for the stay from start to finish. we'll be back for more.... Dear Sirs, We were delighted with the property at Frangipani 004 -- words are insufficient. We had a wonderful time. Hamilton Island exceeded our expectations in every way. Were it not for the 24-hour plane ride to get there (we live in the US), we'd come again and again to stay in the same place. It's lovely, and a nice combination of close to the activities -- but far away enough that you could feel removed from the "hubbub." Our highest praise and thanks to owners, and property managers. Our greeter was friendly and helpful, transfers were prompt and communication was excellent. The property was clean, wonderfully situated and well appointed. thank you again for the kindness of your assistance with finding the property, and to the property owners for sharing it with us. Stayed at Sunset Point for 7 nights, with 6 adults a 4 year old and a 1 year old, this house was all we could ask for, everything we needed was there, very roomy and with our own private pool there was no complaints. Well catered kitchen complete with espresso coffee machine, lots of comfy chairs in and outside, the beds were wonderful, spacious bathrooms. With a pool table, tennis court and swimming pool everyone was entertained. The position of the house facing North, made for perfect sunrise and sunset viewing. We all loved the house so much it was a sad day when we had to leave but agreed we would return.

Yes, we did have a fantastic time and enjoyed every minute. We shared our apartment with another couple, who also enjoyed the whole experience. We all loved our apartment in Frangipani and thought it was probably in the best spot on the island, at least in our price bracket. The service girl was lovely and very instructive, especially when explaining the procedure for charging the golf buggy, making sure we understood that two plugs had to be plugged in each night! Hi! We had another great week on Hamilton island staying at blue water views 10! As always the apartment was fantastic. That was our fourth (or maybe fifth?) time we have stayed at no 10 and wouldn't hesitate booking again for another holiday. Kind regards Catherine

Hi, We had a fabulous time on the island and Lagoon 104 was awesome accommodation, especially well catered for children ie; high chair cot etc.... The only suggestion would be a coffee machine would be the icing on the cake. Otherwise it was awesome and will definitely keep it in mind if we ever come back. Regards, Rebekah

We had the BEST stay at Oasis 3!! The only negative was having to leave. The apartment was really clean, the view was to die for. Another stand out was Xiana. She was on time to pick us up at the airport, told us everything we needed to know to ensure we benefited from all Hamilton island has to offer. She replied to phone calls and text messages when ever we needed advice -promptly. We will definitely stay at Oasis when we can one day return. Kind Regards Beck and Zoran

Sunset Point was by far the best setup and well equipped house we have ever stay in on Hamilton Island a real credit to the owner. We loved it. Also I would like to mention our valet Jess who again was excellent. Very good service. A very enjoyable holiday. Regards Paul Dunnett

Hi team Thanks very much for your excellent booking services again. We have very much enjoyed our stay on Hamilton island despite being in the Wetsundays! The apartment is awesome and extremely well appointed with a fantastic kitchen with everything you could need. Thank you for fixing the TV issue so quickly. The guy was here in 15 minutes as promised and sorted it out. Thanks again and already looking forward to our next holiday here. Cheers Ian
