Dear Whitsunday Holidays Staff Yes I’m happy to provide feedback regarding my recent holiday. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy and had lovely views. Communications from your team was very prompt and helpful. Airport drop off and pick up were very efficient and on time. We also appreciated the early check in to our apartment. I used Coles online for our apartment food supplies and found this very convenient & our delivery arrived during the expected time interval. Dear Clare and Stacey, Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday at Hamilton Island. The island is beautiful and the house was just perfect for us. Aren't the views spectacular!! I also appreciate the efficiency of your whole operation. Any problems we had were dealt with expeditiously by your courteous staff. excellent holiday location This was our fourth time to Hamilton Island and I can highly recommend Lagoon 007. The apartment was very clean and the extra touches made were greatly appreciated. I know that my family will be booking Lagoon 007 on our next visit to Hamilton Island. Thank you Jmcom

Our family arrived back from our first trip to Hamilton Island staying at Shorelines 29. Thank you so much for recommending this property to us. We had the most wonderful holiday together. I particularly want to mention a few things which made the experience easy; 1. Your friendly and patient advice with my initial questions 2. Your advice on grocery provisions 3. Shorelines 29 had everything we needed and more! I know, it sounds so silly, but having been on holidays on the Gold Coast several times where you literally have to buy all your provisions even for the shortest stay, the above made our life so easy and less costly. We were pleasantly surprised and very grateful. We would love to stay here again. It was beautiful, clean, the views were magnificent and given it was the peak period for travel, the surroundings were serene. Thank you. My first experience with your company has been terrific and I appreciate all your work. Hi guys, I’m not sure there are enough words to describe just how amazing it was to holiday at Sunset Point!! The house was phenomenal for us as a family of 5 – perfect - the view unbelievable and we just had the time of our lives. We were there for 9 days and I think on at least 3 of them, we didn’t leave the house. The kids didn’t want to! It was our 5th trip to the island, and our 5th different location, but we will not be staying anywhere else from now on so you’ll hear from me soon!

Great Location Thank you, we had a lovely time at Lagoon 007. Great location & the use of the golf buggy with the apartment was very handy. Beds were comfortable & the use of the ceiling fans in every room were great on those warm nights. Had a wonderful time & the apartment was very clean & tidy. Thank you! Kelly

Perfect property for a Xmas holiday! Beautiful place, clean and near the beach. The buggy was easy to get around in. Def. order groceries ahead of time to save. I would def rent again! Manda

Hi Team, We had a wonderful stay at Yacht Club Villa 1 and would definitely return. We have a larger family and often have trouble finding accommodation to suit, but the Yacht Club Villas were fantastic. The whole Yacht Club area felt quiet and secluded and the pool area was lovely, the villa stocked all the cooking utensils needed and was comfortable. Decor was great and really suited island life. Kids loved the buggies and it was a great benefit for our family to have the 2 buggies included as we would not fit in 1. Made a trip over to Qualia day spa which was amazing.
