To the Whitsunday Holiday Team, Thank you all so much for making our family holiday on Hamilton Island one to remember. From our first contact with you guys you have been fantastic...quick replies to questions, always happy to help out, excellent communication via email and phone. We couldn't have asked for anything more and have passed this feedback on to Bronwyn and Percy (owners of Cowries). The Cowries was everything we hoped for and more! This brilliantly designed house was perfect for 14 people (ages ranging from 18 months to 60). The top deck is something we will all remember...the view, the size, the way it opens from the kitchen etc. We ate every meal on the deck and and cooked on the BBQ. Being able to do a Coles online delivery and have our alcohol delivered was great. The pool is better than the photos on the website, the table, sun lounges around the pool allowed us all to enjoy the pool, the setting and happy hour together. The Miele appliances are fantastic, a brilliant fridge (great ice trays), a terrific clothes line, plenty of glasses, plates, cooking appliances etc. The coffee machine was a real bonus and Moët on arrival got our holiday off to a great start. We have recommended to our friends that if they ever go to Hamilton Island, this is the place to stay. We will be back and can't wait!! Thanks guys, Love the Newbold Family xox

Hi, We had a wonderful time staying at Compass Point 10. I have booked many holiday destinations and accommodations over the years and I have to admit I am always a bit apprehensive when I arrive as on occasions the property has been photo shopped and is nothing like the advertised photos. Compass Point 10 was as good if not better than expected so well done Whitsunday Holidays team, I will certainly recommend your services. Our driver was very polite and had good communication skills, on the occasion of contacting your office all the young ladies were helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. You could certainly teach some of the staff at Hamilton a thing or two! Seriously we had such a good time. Having usually stayed on our boat on the island this was our first experience (in 15 years) in a unit (we are officially converted). The unit was perfect, the location brilliant. We simply didn't want to leave and spent a great deal of time working out when we can return.We will also be telling our friends. Can't wait to return.The Sansby Family

We had a great time staying here. Great property right on the beach. The ground floor position is great for young children.When we return next year we'll do the same again ie book this apartment and order groceries from the mainland for delivery (we used Whitsunday Provisions). Jennifer

Hi, We would like to thank the Whitsunday Holidays Team for a fabulous Hamilton Island holiday. From the initial contact, through to the booking arrangements, numerous questions via email, the valet service and well appointed unit provided the team demonstrated professional, friendly and prompt service. We could not be more appreciative of the wonderful service we received from the Whitsunday Holidays Team. Thank you also for the tip on Whitsunday Provisioning, we were provided with high quality meat, chicken, fruit and veg half an hour after we arrived on the island. The unit was just how it was presented on the internet site. It was perfectly located, beautifully finished, including the most comfortable day beds (upon which several members of the family could be found sleeping each afternoon), and was clean and well kept. We enjoyed using the bbq most days and sat on the balcony for every meal. The buggy was terrific for getting around the island. We look forward to coming back again, hopefully the same time next year. Thanks again Cath

It met the expectations created by the photos (not always the case) and we particularly enjoyed the view, the outdoor area, the kitchen facilities and kitchenware provided and the general homeliness and welcoming feel of the property. Hi, Thank you, we had a wonderful stay at Oasis 23. The apartment was perfectly located & furniture, linen & kitchen items were of great quality. The week before our stay, my sister & her family stayed in a townhouse with another family on Hamilton Island, as a comparison she was extremely happy with the baby equipment you provided as they were extremely clean & the rocker was a welcomed surprise. WOW! WOW! WOW! A wonderful house to celebrate Vic's 60th birthday with her family (14 of us!) This house had everything we could have hoped for. The view is the best on Hamilton Island and it is perfectly located. Everything has been thought of... a perfectly designed house. We will be back! The Newbold Family

The Cowries has been a wonderful place for our family to enjoy a relaxing holiday together. Lots of space, every appliance and gadget and wonderful views! We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate Lauren's impending marriage. 12 women in a house - sounds scary but was amazing! Plenty of room to enjoy ourselves and we loved the welcome champagne, coffee machine & big veranda to catch up and chat into the wee hours! Loved every minute - we will be back with our families. Hello Ladies, Yes a wonderful time was had by all. Everyone was very pleased with the apartment. It suited our extended family perfectly. Such a great spot on the island. From the communication prior to booking, confirmation, suggested groceries orders and helpful tips to ensure we had the most enjoyment of our holiday - pure class - thank you. We were not disappointed when met at the Ferry and on return, your staff were friendly and once again top class professionally. The accommodation at Bella Vista East 1 was warm, inviting, surprisingly big for 2 brm, I could live here!!!! AMAZING VIEWS! The kids LOVED the grassed area to play bocci ball (we brought our own set) and just to run around and watch the amazingly friendly birds drop in to say hi. Hi. I recently stayed at Frangipani 004 and must take the time to congratulate both the owners of this unit and Whitsunday Holidays for an outstanding holiday - something I don’t normally do. The owners have done a magnificent job in refurbishing the unit - Very tasteful colour scheme, top quality fittings throughout, right down to the taps, door handles, light fittings etc. Everything I touched worked. The unit was stocked with a huge amount of crockery, cutlery, glasses including kids toys, books, DVD’s and electrical appliances (also top quality). Also to Whitsunday Holidays - A top website right from my first contact. The guy who picked us up from the Jetty was also a delight. On arrival we were ready to wait to access the unit when to our surprise it had been cleaned and waiting for us on arrival - Greatly appreciated. The only thing wrong with this great review is that many more holiday makers are going to book out this unit making it harder for ME to return. Job well done. Regards Robyn

Greetings, We hoped that we would be able to give feedback on Cooinda Gardens 1, so thank you for being in touch. Our family was staying at Hamilton Island for a family wedding. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the property to be well appointed, very spacious and most comfortable for our extended family. Thanks for the ‘starter’ products for dishwashing, laundry etc – although we had purchased our own and have left the remainder for future guests. The fabulous fridge impressed the grand-children and held our provisions superbly. The ice and cold water was most appreciated. We were able to seat a dozen people for dinner one evening, making it a comfortable celebration. We greatly appreciated the punctuality and helpfulness of the Valet Service, particularly Dylan – so many thanks for the courtesy and warmth shown to us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cooinda Gardens 1 for family holidays – and have done so already to friends and our wider family. With sincere thanks for the professional approach of the Whitsunday Holidays Team throughout the process of booking the accommodation and for the pertinent information offered to us to assist us in preparing for our holiday. Hello, We had an amazing stay in Yacht Club Villa 16. Congratulations to the owners who have thought of everything to ensure a luxurious and relaxing stay. We loved spaciousness of the villa and the fact that every bedroom had a sea view. The lap pool meant we could spend a whole day at the villa, relaxing, enjoying the views and sunning by the pool, no need to go anywhere else! Regards, Alice
