Hi, I have only the highest level of praise for The Whitsunday Holidays Team - they were fabulous in every respect. The property was good, we were just not quite blessed with good weather! We had a great time though and would be recommending it to others.

Dear Clare, The Glasshouse is a fabulous house and you should have heard all the ooohs and aaaahs from my family as they walked in the front door! Perfect for our size family and everything we could have asked for was there including a big bagful of toys for our little ones. On the Saturday night, as a huge surprise to me, my three daughters had organised for a Chef and Waiter to come to "the Glasshouse" and prepare a 4 course meal. The chef did all the cooking on the downstairs Teppanyaki....it was superb. The waiter would have walked up and down those stairs many, many times. It was an unforgettable evening and it couldn't have happened if it were not for a house as lovely as the one we stayed in. Everything was excellent. Please compliment the Owners for their taste and decor. It is indeed a very beautiful house in which to stay. The team which greeted us at the Airport and who took us through "the Glasshouse", and looked after us during our stay, were delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. Hi all, We had a lovely stay once again. The apartment we think is the best of all the Shorelines due to it's perfect location. Standing in the kitchen seeing nothing but water makes you feel like you are on wonderful cruise ship. The outlook and view like no other !! Well I must say the property was exactly what we wanted and what we expected for the price , my family thought it perfect , very well presented and in a most beautiful position. Dear Stacey and Whitsunday Holiday team, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Hamilton Island at Shorelines 29 for our daughter’s wedding. It was a fantastic apartment, well appointed and aesthetically decorated with beautiful views and played residential host to several pre and post wedding drinks celebrations with close friends and family. It was a wonderful retreat after a great event even though the weather was unkind on the day. We appreciated the valet service and the use of the golf buggy. Many thanks Meredyth

Hi everyone, Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful weekend in the "Infinity" house on the weekend. What a beautiful home it is....and even with 14 in the house you did not feel like you were tripping over each other. Thanks again for looking after us and making our Hamilton island experience so special.

Thanks Both my wife and I had a great time, the apartment was great, very roomy loved the spacious size, particularly the balcony. Each afternoon we enjoyed sitting there taking in the sunset whilst enjoying a wine or two and nibbles. Regards Robert

Hi, Just wanted to say that we thought the accommodation and the location were excellent. The use of the golf buggy was extremely valuable, particularly the rain blinds! The transport to and from the apartment was very good, and we really appreciated those few extra hours in the apartment before we departed. Thank you Whitsunday Holidays! We had the most fantastic time in Shorelines 26 – the apartment was superb, view unreal and the weather amazing. I hadn't been to Hamilton Island for about 8 years and had always stayed in the Whitsunday apartments. Staying at Shorelines was infinitely better! The apartment was well equipped, spacious, immaculately presented and the buggy was a huge added bonus! Thoroughly recommend it. Thank you. Teresa Evans

Hi, We stayed 3 days in Cooinda Gardens 5 and found the house to be excellent. The Golf cart was great also. Valet service was on time and very helpful. Fantastic stay. We would do it again. Hello everyone, Just wanted to say a very big thank you to all of you for your excellent service throughout our holiday on Hamilton Island. We stayed in Oasis 4 from 17th-20th June - beautiful spot and fantastic accommodation! Would like to have a special mention for Chloe our lovely valet/Information lady, what a professional, friendly lady, top marks to her! Also Claire and the girls - I must say it was a real pleasure to receive such amazing service, very rare these days so congratulations to you all we had such a fantastic time we cannot wait to return for another holiday! Hi The property Lagoon 108 we stayed at was magnificent! It had everything! It was comfortable, great location and had all the necessary requirements to make our stay nice and easy. If we come back to Hamilton Island next year for the outrigger cup we would love to stay at Lagoon 108 again. Kind regards Sharon

Hi Clare Edge 20 is an awesome apartment and the views are fantastic. Watching the sunset over the islands each night from the huge balcony was spectacular. The apartment had everything we needed including the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen. It’s great (and rare) to go away and have every size pot, pan, plate, bowl etc that you need. My comment to the girls was ‘You can tell the owner actually stays here because they don’t just have 8 plates, 8 knives etc etc. like in some places where we stay). Also, we loved the size of the balcony and the fact that you can sit at the table, bar or couch! Or if it’s too sunny on the balcony, you can open up all the doors and sit inside but still feel like you’re outside. We all had a ball and will definitely stay at The Edge next year!
