Hi, Yes we really enjoyed our stay in the property, which was lovely & very well appointed, & importantly very clean. It was roomy, the beds were very comfortable & we had nice linen & towels. The fans and A/C made it comfortable & it has obviously been well looked after.

Hi Guys, thankyou for arranging our accomodations at Bella West 4. Without exception, all of us including our visitors from the UK really enjoyed our time on Hamilton Island. Would you please pass on our congratulations to the Owners of The Bella west 4 on such a magnificient Apartment & surrounds. This beautiful holiday accomodation was everything we expected, plus some. We would gladly return, as well as highly reccomend the Bella West 4 and Hamilton island to all. Our whole Island experience was just the best! Our family members and friends are now back home, but they have lots of photos & stories of good times on the island. Dear Stacey/Clare This is just to say thanks for all the services provided; we enjoyed very much staying at the yacht club villa and of course at DescaradA; the crew was especially helpful and they provided an excellent service, the chef even prepared for us a special dish with a mexican salsa he made from scratch. Just wanted to say thanks for all your assistance, our holiday was fantastic and the accommodation was great, It’s a shame we had to come home. Everything went smoothly from arrival to departure, the apartment views were stunning and the sunsets lovely, we had one small issue with the lounge blind but John fixed this asap, it was great. Would definitely recommend using your service to our friends and family.

I took a group of 15 girls to my favourite spot - Hamilton Island for my 40th and we stayed at Shorelines 20,26,29,36. Everything was fantastic from the initial assistance from the team at Whitsundays Holidays with choosing the best spot for my group booking, to the valet pick up service and drop off. All the apartments were clean, large, well equipped and in a quiet spot with amazing views. having access to the Edge Infinity pool was a great bonus of luxury. Of course the buggies are a necessity and another bonus of private accomm. We had a few hiccups with some air cons not working properly, but these minor things did not take away the fantastic time had by all. Would definitely stay at Shorelines again if it was for a group of people. Anj plus 14 others. 11/2/2011 - 14/2/2011

YCV 16 is amazing, peaceful on the quiet corner, love the plunge pool. There are never any complaints about the properties when you stay at Yacht Club Villas as we have 3 times in the past 9 months. Will be returning again to stay for my wedding. Anj

Hi Just wanted to let you know we had a fantastic time on Hamilton Island. The house was absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t believe how well appointed the kitchen was. The gardens were lovely and you really did feel like you are the only people on the island. We have previously stayed at the Retreat and the Glasshouse but Iluka has been our favourite to date. Thanks for the fantastic service you offer. Janine

Hi team, We had an absolute ball on Hamilton Island, everything was perfect, starting from our gorgeous accomodation, it was stunning, every little detail was thought of, and yes we would like to congratulate the owners, it's a stunning property. And the welcoming cheese platter and bubbly was ja great start to a great holiday. We also loved having the 2 buggies. Thank you all again, I will be coming back in the future. Also, a rather odd request I'd like to know what matress is in the main bedroom, my back was pain free while I was there!! I'm now convinced it's my home matress causing me pain. Or maybe I need another holiday? Thanks again Kind regards Samantha Newling
