Hi Team, Thank you for looking after us during our first holiday to Hamilton Island, we had a fantastic, relaxing time and will definitely be back! The Airport transfers were much appreciated. Just a few comments on our accommodation, Lagoon 101, the property was perfect for our needs, loved the furnishings and facilities included. It was fabulous to have the Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment as we love our coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfy, so much so that I investigated purchasing the same pillows for our bed at home! Having the Golf Buggy included with the apartment was an absolute bonus and having the covering for it also a godsend as it rained quite heavily on a few of the days we were there. The location of the apartment is great as it is close to everything and everywhere we needed to be. The Apartment is nice and private and the view from the balcony is outstanding. The apartment is so roomy, even though there were only two of us it was great to have the space to relax and unwind. We would definitely book this apartment again for future stays on Hamilton Island. Our stay at Hamilton Island Panorama 10 was the best family holiday. We loved the calmness of the island. There was no rush and big crowds anywhere! Panorama 10 was just perfect. Equipped with anything a family may need, having the buggy included was the best. So easy, to get around. We were 2 adults and 2 young kids under 6 . The unit was so spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and well presented, it was well equipped with everything one may need in the kitchen/laundry . ( thank you for the coffee machine and coffee pods) The views are just perfect. I wish there was a little walking path to get us to the shallow little beach below as our kids would have loved to explore it. We will 100% be back and would choose Panorama 10 again without thinking twice. It was perfect! Thank you for having us ! Stayed from 22/2/24 to 29/2/24.

Our experience in Phoenix One was so amazing it has taken me a while to process it!  It was one of the best things we have ever done. The effort the crew went to in order to make our time special was truly incredible.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Pavillions Penthouse. So much so we have booked again for next year. Everything we needed and wanted was there including the all important blender for necessary cocktails. The beds are super comfortable and the ability to have all the streaming networks on the tvs for night time viewing was awesome. Watching the boats all day and being able to just cool off in the pool was awesome also plenty of plates and glasses and stuff for entertaining. Which we did all week. Thanks again for 16 years of being awesome to deal with. Will be back again real soon to our happy place. Sammi

The Whitsunday team made it so easy to communicate & reassure me that our 1st family holiday was nothing short of perfect. A very lovely home, had everything we needed and wanted in a home for our holiday. The location is the best on the island (we think) the comfort Kingfisher provided us all was beyond expectations. We loved staying here, we wish we stayed longer. We used the private pool at night, each guest was comforted by the fact we could temperature control our own space, the updated & new kitchen appliances were a bonus. The staff were friendly and approachable. Communications were excellent .. The place was clean and tidy, it had plenty of room & very spacious. The view from the balcony overlooking the marina was spectacular. Highly recommended place to stay in. Would definitely coming back there again sometime in the near future

The property is just gorgeous. The house had everything we could ask for - kitchen was fully equipped, pool table was amazing and the beds were super comfy. We spent a lot of time just relaxing at the property - a vacation in itself. Internet worked great, my son was able to hook up his xbox, my elderly father was able to get paramount on the tv to watch his soccer, showers were great, coffee machine was a great addition, views were fantastic - i could go on. Thank you very much, we didn’t want to leave!

An absolutely beautifully decorated property, it felt as if an interior designer was a previous owner who had just walked out and allowed us into their house. Every minor detail was allowed for, things we have never encountered in a holiday rental property before, there was every kitchen utensil we could want, condiments in cupboards, crockery and cutlery, decorations everywhere to make the house feel like a beautiful home away from home, shopping bags in cupboards, umbrella on front porch, ice pack in freezer, stationary in writing desk drawers, kitchen cloths, fake electronic candles by the amazing 2 person spa, additional drink coasters in the drawers ... everything was thought of in the most beautiful way, the pictures of the property cannot show the detail the owners went to in order to ensure everything was catered for. The buggy was modern, nicely garaged with a light in the garage for easy recharging plug in, the swimming pool was clean and an ideal depth, located closely to the premises – the property really made our holiday feel extra special and I would love to personally thank the owner – it was a beautiful place to stay Our pickup and drop off transfers and concierges were very nice, professional, young people who really tried to ensure our holiday was special, even the guys organised to transfer us from one property to the other were great, helpful guys. This holiday was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary (we were married on Hamilton Island) and I can say because of your staff, and the beautiful property, it was a holiday we will never forget. Thank you immensely.

The team at Whitsundays were amazing after having major maintenance issues at our other property not managed by the team they were able to arrange early check in at their property and organised someone to pick us up straight away which saved our holiday. The palms house was a beautiful property with lots to do the pool table was a bonus. Very private lovely outlook over catseye beach lush gardens all around you. Upstairs main bedroom with floor to ceiling windows in the shower overlooking the bush was amazing.would definitely recommend this if you have a big family and want plenty of space. 2 Buggy’s was a bonus .

Apartment was very spacious with a stunning view. Great service and communication made for an easy stay.Board games kept the family entertained during the cyclone.

We were surprised to have a stroller, high chair, baby seat, and car seat left for us to use. We brought a stroller and a car seat all the way, so I appreciated being so thoughtful.

We loved the Palms and Hamilton Island. It was everything we expected . Great communication with everything we needed. Great check out policy where we got to keep buggies until our departure and they also looked after our luggage until departure.

We had the best time again at oasis 4. The apartment was again perfect. We appreciated the cleanliness, all utilities working well, the kitchen items available-plates, cups etc, furniture and buggy. We are big fans of the island…come up most years for last 10+ and oasis 4 is by far the best of the oasis block (we have tried many) and the apartment just suits our family, so yes feel free to add comments about the apartment and your company. Great spot, private positioning at the bottom end of the complex and right next to the private pool with lots of shade. Well equipped and easy to stay comfortably. Would stay again especially in such an amazing spot for the NYE fireworks on catseye beach. Great stay

Great house and location with everything you need for a great stay. Pool was excellent and super easy transfers and communication from hosts!

Can not say a bad thing about the location, the accommodation and Team at Whitsunday’s. We have been on the island several times now and this was one of the best stays. We had the best time and the unit had everything we needed. I would rebook in a heartbeat

Hi, We had a brilliant stay in Hamilton island. The house is so spacious and was very well equipped for our trip. It is a brilliant house for a large family or group. Your team were very helpful and responsive. The only one improvement would be perhaps on the pool that it was a bit cleaner or had a cover but otherwise fabulous house and brilliant stay.
